Tiny Toons - Julie Bruin

Is there a way to describe Julie Bruin? You know, aside from mentioning that she's basically the Tiny Toons version of Julie Brown??

Hell, I don't know what to say about her, so if anybody does, feel free to speak your peace.

Although, the way I put her together kind of also makes her look like Max's Older Cousin from Goof Troop. . . Good Show.
